Trade order facility-OCO

Whether any broker gives the facility while ordering like One cancels the other.
Ie..
If stop loss placed and at the same time sell order is placed. If stop loss is executed, sell order will be cancelled.
On the other hand if sell order is executed, stoploss is cancelled

I dont think so
at least not by most brokers
