Sure. I am on $20 per month H/W : 4GB RAM, 2CPU, 60 GBSSD plan. Before buying, please make sure you know why you are investing in VPS. I do that because
1. There are no internet disconnections when using VPS from a good provider
2. My office work restricts me from keeping NEST and amibroker running all the time. So on VPS I have it running all the time and I can run explorations, etc

I have a custom Windows OS installed which might be fairly complicated for you. You can choose windows 2012 in vultr

"VULTR" is asking for all credit card details including security code. don't feel safe of sharing it. is there another VPS server provider.

You can use option of PayPal for your payment. PayPal is a good way of not sharing your information with merchants online.

Ok. Bought Godady for the time being. Now facing other problem. RTD 1.4 is not running. once I switch on "START RTD" button a blank black screen appears besides RTD and quotes not able to transfered to NT-7.

Error is identified as msvcr100. dll. installed latest x86 version from MS site. and reboot the system. but no respite.

Update:
Cancelled the VPS. started process for refund.I give up.
