Lot of traders are moving out from Zerodha, looking for some true broker.

I referred most of my friends to move to wisdom, few of them moved, but it's a unpleasant experience for them so far, it seems u guys don't have plans to retain your customers.

Lot of issues going on with RMS policy, ppl believe what u advertise is true and coming to u, if u didn't fulfill what u promised it'll surely going to backfire u.

However to make our RMS System more user-friendly, we are going to remove restriction of 10000/- for getting higher leverages.

When many of us thinking about opening a/c with u, bcoz of 8x leverage in Rs 9/trade pro plan..

People opened an account with u..complaining..

i am under ultimate plan, they are supposed to provide me 10X intraday margin but they have set 4X margin.

- if you are in pro plan .. then they are supposed to charge 9/trade but they charge 9/lot.

after 3 p.m if you want to take any NRML position ... you still need to contact the RM department.

- mostly if you want to trade ... you need to call them ....

for ultimate plan you are struck with NEST What about odin?
no mobile platform yet

.... etc etc...

U must ensure that we got that 8x margin as soon as the market open & price starts ticking...otherwise, if we can lose opportunities...why we'll trade with you??
U must know people attracted to you only bcoz of leverages..8x-10x intra or carryover with span.. U must fulfill
ur promise there...

Dear sir,

We have spoken to the client... and based on that para-wise reply given below:-

Client wanted to trade on span margin only. We had offered him the same privilege. Later he came up with some strategies and wanted to have some additional leverages. To avoid arguments we have increased total margin equivalent to 4X in delivery position. Intraday leverage in MISS product limit is given 8X by default. Client should have checked the differences before complaining in public forum.

Totally false allegation !! We are charging per trade basis on Pro plans. Since client is trading on Ultimate plans question does not arises of other plans brokerages !!!

For normal positions client must select correct trade option in terminal i.e. CNC. He was a bit confused and wanted to trade in intraday (MISS) even after 3.15 pm when we disable fresh poisitons in that particular segment. However considering client is an active trader we had increased his delivery limit upto 4X, so that he could trade until market closes.

We are offering three trading platforms i.e. ODIN, NOW & NEST. NEST is latest addition at our end. Hence it is taking time in developing our in-house mobile app. However most probably by next month it will be issued to our esteemed clients.

Hello, this is as per feedback from a fellow trader who is on Pro Plan. I am not here to make any false allegation on you. How come every client of wisdom make false allegation. I am the 3rd person atleast in this very thread of yours.

If I have to learn so much things to trade .. I better start a brokerage instead of being a trader.
