Just thought of sharing. Sharekhan has launched automated trading for their tradetiger platform. You can code and automate either by writing a API client, or via Microsoft Excel plugin or via Amibroker to send order directly to trade tiger. No manual intervention required at all. The program is in beta and so you have to request them
to activate the service
I got all three ways activated from them but didn't try end to end automated trade. Only problem is their brokerage if you are a heavy intraday trader.
This software is called OAlert. You can search google sharekhan oalert. I know many people want to automate their trades.

name compared to many new discount brokers showing up now-a-days
