Frnds pls go thru the threads in the forum on the brokers and demat section. Ul know abt several gud and bad features of all the brokers.
If u trade rarely and small, keep track of the following, 1) Ur brokers repution abt the Safety of the shares inthe Demat a/c. Always look for Freezing fecility as provided by the NSDL and CSDL. 2) Well brokerage is always important. Its an expense which if is less u are pofiatble at the cost. look for a brker who charges reasonable. The standard in the Induatry is 0.05%(intrday) and 0.5%(delivery) or Lesser than these. 3) Thirdly at times of panic u might feel like selling a stock in ur a/c. Well if u ask the RM he wud definitely say "OF COURSE IT WORKS". But reality is that at times to pressure many sites go bust. look for reviews in this Section abt this. 4) Always look for simple and comfortable plus accesable from any place kind of terminal if ur in the market. HElps u in takin quick actions. Thanks Regards |

I will recommend ICICI Direct, because it is having 3 in 1 account which will help you to manage your bank account and demat account easily and the transaction statement will be very clear for u, more over brokerage is not so bad.

Pls dont mind but thats "realy bad" . Because wen u gain say 5% u loose almost 36% of ur gain. And When u loose say 4% u add almost 45% extra. but say if ur makin almost 50% a Trade need not worry. thanks |

I recommend Usectrade 3 in one a/c by UTI Securities. The site is good, the RM,s are prompt, they have toll free nos, the have phone 2 trade no[when your internet is not working] and brokerage is .05 intraday. You can have zero balance saving a/c with UTI ban/ICICI bank. I am a sort of beginner[as far as online trading is concerned] and I am comfortable.
