Brokerages are usually charged both sides i.e when you buy a contract, you would be charged x% of brokerage and when you square up the same contract you would be charged x% of brokerage

double brokerage means for buy instead of x they applied 2x for sell instead of y they applied 2y brokerage that happen for 2 nifty call options means 2x+2x+2y+2y that much brokerage they had taken |

You can write to the customer service help desk. Their site clearly states the brokerage structure and I am sure that if you get in touch with the right person, they will reverse the charges or if you have an RM at your location, he can help you out
