Post Margin Funding - What's the Mystry?

Dear MEMBERS,

I have recently started trading in stocks and have opened a DMAT and an online trading account with Geojit, going by the recommendations of the members on this forum and also out of the findings from my own research.

With a modest initial investment, till date I had managed to make some profits, though small, from day trading and short-term trading. I would now like to plough in more money from time to time, based on the market conditions, and reap more gains as the opportunity comes.

I have heard of Marging funding facility, which is provided by the brokers, as one of the options for getting quick finance. I would be grateful to YOU if you can help me understand the concept of Margin Funding better and also advice me on how to effectively use this facility for maximum gains.

Best Regards,
GOLDFINGER
