With many banks today, just like many brokers, it is nescarry for us to discuss about various banks and their customer service inorder to pick out the best bank.

Please post your reviews of the banks where you hold an account, by which we will come to know regrading services and the level of services of various banks.

Any idea about INDIAN BANK, howz its service and customer satisfaction? How freindly is its staff etc?

Default Re: BANKs

My experience with the Banks is that the service culture differs from Branch to Branch. If the branch happened to be new for want of new customers banks generally offer best services. However, services offered by private banks are much superior to that of Govt. controlled banks. Oflate, even Govt. banks realised the necessity of so called service culture. But one should never expect any service from SBI. By virtue of my association with that bank due mainly to my employer's account with SBI, I had bitterest experiences with many branches of SBI throughout Western Region. Even when I had to open my pension account comulsorily for want of introducer, I had to approach SBI Branch, where I was told to come after 2 months - just for opening account. I am sure, many will second my opinion about SBI
