Kotak guys cheated me in Mutual Fund transactions. Actually I purchased for 18K worth of mutual funds, they sent e-mail statement also but now they are saying I had purchased only for 14k and their records doesn't show two of my transactions. their customer care no reply for my queries for last three months.
