Its better that they beg, rather than making investors beggars

A week or 2 of teething problem can be understood, but months?

Hi Unicorn,
This Is M.krishnakumar. Just Now I See This Page. To Day No 'in Process' Problem Arised, when I Placing The Sell Order In Delivery.
In My Dp Section, I Allocated 12 Shares For Selling. But Order Book Showed Me 'rejected'. Five Times I Tried To Sell The Shares. Five Times Order Book Shows 'rejected'. Approximately I Tried Twenty Minutes. Then Only Order Accepted.

Hi M.krishnakumar
First of all thank you for your reply. In your reply you have told that you have placed a sell order on delivery. Now my question is if you have placed a limit order , has the order been executed at the price quoted by you or at some other price?

The problem appears to be that RMoney people want to develop their own inhouse trading software, when already well-established trading software technologies are available for asking in India. I remember, when the Indiainforline people (5paisa.com) launched their online trading in 1999, I became one of their first few members. Even in 1999, I had very fast streaming quotes on 5paisa.com and I used to have more than a crore of daily turnover. But, even in 2007, RMoney cannot provide InstaTrade to everybody. And, InstaTrade? It is actually a sham. I am using it for last three months. It is a useless product. Streaming quotes in InstaTrade is a myth. They are hardly live, especially the bid and ask rates are never live but are delayed by several minutes. Only streaming LTP is better (with a lag of a few seconds!). I am continuing with it only because of low brokerage; but how long? What I found is that low brokerage is not the only thing that a trader wants. An efficient trading platform is more necessary. One simple example, just in one future contract, due to the IN PROCESS problem in their software, I lost Rs. 19000/-. How much can the low brokerage compensate me?

Today ADAG is No. 2 richest man in India (after MUkesh who is No. 1) with all the ADAG companies (RCOM, REL, RNRL, Reliance Capitals, etc.) doing so well in market. If he wants, he can easily take a good trading software on licence for just a few crores of rupees instead of reinventing the wheel. But that planning and foresight is lacking. So, ultimately, persons like me will start loosing patience as i am also trying to negotiate with a broker (quoting the RMoney rates). Even if it means some higher brokerage, at least it will give peace of mind and certainty of trades.

When I Spoke to reliance money a few days back, they told their new software is now being tested and will be released in two months. Do not know how far it is true, but hope it is.

Hi Unicorn,

Just Now I See Your Reply. Thanks For Your Reply.
I Sold Shares In Same Price As What Price I Placed. Then Peace Of Mind Is Very, very Important When We Trade In On-line Or Research Or Any Thing. Peace Of Mind Only Give Maximum Success And Maximum Mind Power And Maximum Confident.. When One On-line Share Trading Web Site Give Us Substantial Times Slow Speed, 'in Process', Fault Share Price Up/down Percentage In Intra-day, Or Any Mistakes; Because Of Their Software/hardware Problem, Or Any Thing, Then We Will Get Fear Ness, tension, doubts, Angry, money Loss, time Waste, Internet Charge Waste, Current Charge Waste, Our Hard Home Work (intra-day Research) Waste, Profit Opportunity Missed, Our Happines Reduce.that's Why I Shift From Reliance Money To India Bulls. Reliance Money's Minimum Prepaid Brokerage Charge Is Rs 500. But I Lost Bigger Than This Brokerage Amount; Because Of "in Process" Problem. Actually, My Profit Is Rs.950 On That Day (5 June 2007). That Profit Also Gone; Because Of "in Process" Problem. Yester Day,approximatly Rs.1000 Loss; Because Of "in Process" Problem. And Also I Missed Last Three Days (6th To 8th June 07) Profit Opportunity In Intra-day. Because My Money Was Blocked For "in Proceess" Problem. Yester Day, My Money Was Released. One Example:- I Missed Rs.3000 Profit Opportunity In 'i-flex' In Intra-day In Two Days. I Want Peace Of Mind.so I Want Most Problem Less, User Frienly And Fast On-line Trading Web Site. Now A Days, I Believe, Brokerage Is Attractive In Intra-day Trading. But, Most Problem Less, User Frienly And Fast On-line Trading Web Site Is Very, Very Important.
