i am using sharekhan and it is not working in begining of the session and at the end of the session also.
i have been noticing this and now a days it is not working during peak hours also or when market moves up or down...
i call up their customer service and they say that problem exists at back end. they are not ready to solve this...
any one face this problems? is this manoeuvres being followed by all the brokers? i heard that kotakstreet also does this kind of problems? is it true?
I was unable to log into my account especially in fast moving markets. Most Indian online brokers do not upgrade their infrastructure to keep up with their growing client base and that just shows how much they really care for their customers.
Next time ask them (broker) for a service level agreement with compensation.
