Best brokers in chennai
Hi everybody,
I'm looking for a perfect broker for my share trading.I'm located in chennai.Please tell me in detail about my technological investment like computer,broadband speed,etc.I'm finding hard to choose a right broker also. Note:I have a sharekhan account now.I'm finding very difficult to trade in peak hours with my 128Kbps broadband connection.I have tried with 256Kbps connection also.It's useless.I have latest config P4 system with me. Please Please kindly suggest me about this. Regards Gopal.S

Hi Gopal,
As per second part of your query, i found at about.com "The only items of hardware that you require to trade online are a properly configured computer and a monitor. In this regard, a 1000MHZ computer with 512MB of RAM, a 100 Gigabyte hard drive and a high quality video card is adequate, but the higher the processor speed the better. The monitor should be at least 17", and preferably larger. Depending on the type of online connection you choose, the computer should be equipped with either a 56K modem or (preferably) a high speed network card with a cable or DSL modem." Personally i use a 256kbps dataone connection. As per chennai broker is concerned, i have no idea. Best of luck. CopperDesk.

Dear copper,
Oflate,during market hours,i am unable to access charting of stocks in BSE site.After mkt,there is no problem.I am also having 256,bsnl data one connection.Do you face this problem? Best of lucks, ranga

Presently ,i am with Anand rathi (Anna nagar,chennai).They charge,0.35%for delivery & 0.04% for intraday.They have both NSE & BSE.Their services are good & payments prompt.Karvy is also good.Any other information,pl feel free to ask. ranga
