dr.rahul.
Hi Rahul

Does sharekhan have all important TA indicators. Because i mainly use EMA (20, 10, 5), Stochastics, RSI and MACD histogram. Let me know if all these indicators are provided. How about historical data. Do they provide EOD data for charting software. ( I use free qoute-tracker). Forgive me if have asked you too much.

Bye
Rajesh

I had very bad experience from ICICI both in the responsiveness of the site as well as their technical support. I have tried Indiabulls, 5Paisa and REFCO till now and I am very confident in recommending 5Paisa for their easiness of trading interface, customer support etc.

Hi Moneypick

It is not any precaution, Icicidirect have many customers, and all try to login during peak time of the market, and site becomes slow. They have to improve capacity of their website to handle their customer traffic.

Bye

I also use ICICI. A/c. opened recently. But looking for alternative at the earliest. Apart from being very slow, some times the site do not open at all. Besides site becomes inactive in no time. Thus for trading one hv to log-in and re-login atleast 180 times. Wonderful experience!

ICICI Securities Ltd. is registered under companies act and is a Trading Member.
ICICI Bank Ltd. is SEBI approved Clearing member.
In essence, ICICI is the one which is Trading cum Clearing Member. Besides this self-clearing, ICICI Bank is Clearing member for three more Trading Members (Brokers)

Sorry for much of regulatory framework. Your question needs such an answer.

Yes, with ICICI Securities, (ICICI Direct.com is "Brand Name", like RMoney)
you can get "Active Trader Terminal". It is a non web based, application. Which gives you market watch and other charting tools, and entire trading station.

The difference between other brokers and ICICI is, to get the active trader terminal, you must be eligible for certain amount of transaction. If you are eligible, you can trade on your own.

You can contact ICICI Securities, (not ICICI Bank) i.e, ICICI direct.com zonal offices or head office, if you are located at Mumbai to know about active trader service.

I hope the information would help you.

Take Care

It started hanging with trader from the beginning of their brokering firm, Icicidirect.
Also it will hang with you till your money is fully exhausted.
Man...my friendly advice is not to do day trading with icicidirect because of their extremely bad platform...and irresponsible customer care.

Haribird.
