Default Call N Trade

I am looking for an online broker who not only provides online trading but also facility for call N trade.

The call N trade facility be such that all tele orders are password protected.

Almost all online brokers provide you facility to place orders via phone, but what I am looking for is password protected tele trading.

Sharekhan, provides call N trade facility which is password protected. You call them, enter your TPIN, which is verified and only then your call is transfered to a tele broker.

Any other online broker who provides TPIN for for tele trading, so that all orders are password protected

NOTE: As i said above that almost all brokers provide tele trading, where you call them and place orders. But they dont give you any TPIN etc .Your orders are directly punched.

I am looking for a broker who not only provides tele trading but also gives TPIN for the same for safety.

marcus,
It makes a world of diff.
When your trades are password protected, then there is not much room for disputes.

When I was with 5paisa there was constant tension on me that my RM may play with my account since my relations with him were not good.I can say that my RM was the worst person I ever met in my life !!!!!!

Currentlt I am with indiabulls, there too we have to call RM for palcing orders. Now life beocmes misreable when one depends on RM.

If he gives call one day and we dont trade on it, though we are not obliged to trade on his call, he behaves rudely. If even one day I dont trade he will call me ask reasons for not trading, as if he is my master,

Now if there is a central call centre facility where we can call validate our identity through pin and place orders we dont haveto rely on our RMs.

for ex, sharekhan u can use the dial and trade facility .call the toll; free number validate ur ID by tpin, and place orders.

also for other things, u can call call centre where as with 5paisa if u have a RM customer care will transfer ur call to him as soon as u tell them ur id.

however, with ib this is some plus point.Their toll free number answers ur queries.

oh okie .. I wasn't aware of that so far I'm with Idirect, they dont have RM and you have to call their call centre toll free and then they will verbally ask for your password, verify your personal details and only then place your trade order, they verbally repeat your order once again to confirm it.

There are no RM & no one hassels you but the downside is they charge for call n trade after a while

trader31339,

Could you please tell me if a customer can request his RM to be changed in IB or 5paisa, in the event he hassels his customer or clandestinely operates his demat a/c

marcus ,
trust me,
if changing RM was hassle free why would ppl then change brokers? why are ppl looking for GOOD brokers?why are ppl thinking to change broker?

Did u notice one thing in this same forum? Person with IB wants to go to SK.....person with SK going to 5paisa...and person with 5paisa going to IB ....and so one.

WHY?

marcus, when you write to 5paisa or IB that u want to change the RM, then the existing RM will call u atonce and argue with it....

even after writing 5p there is no assureance that the RM will be cahnged

now u imagine....u have made a complain of RM... he is not changed u have still to deal with him...........now can u deal with him with peace of mind???

WE are humans....we fear .....we will start imaging that rm may play our account....etc etc we imagine to the extreme.....

now, its true to great extent. After complaining when the RM is same, he will not give u proper service. He will attend only 1 call out of 5 calls....just imagine u want to sq off positions intraday.,... u are unable to do so online.... calling him and he is not attending u.

one more thing, at 5paisa if ur ac is handled by RM then u even if u call customer care , they wont service u.they will ask u to contact rm.

Things with IB are comparatively better. They care for their clients. They reply ur emails. They attend ur calls ,when u call the toll free CC, ur queries will be answered. If u ask to change RM they will do it on the spot.
