Thanks for your reply, On opening account I got the welcome letter, in that id is there also I got the slip book of dmat account. But the broker whom I want to open an account right now is asking proof of dmat account with IB, he says either give client master list or dmat statement as proof. Now I dont know whats this client master list and since i dont recive statements till yet, as I deal only in FNO,also I dont know where to view my dmat statements I am confused. Mohd, please tell me when someone opens an account with you what proof off dmat you take and advise me accordingly. Mohd, I am with indiabulls and I request you to tell me how can I view my dmat account online? is there any way to view it online. thanks Mohd, in short and sweet I want to give my new broker prrof of my dmat account with IB please tell me what proof I can give him. |

I have written a mail to India Bulls help desk (helpdesk@indiabulls.com) for opening a account on APRIL 16, 2006. I only recevied the acknwdegement with the subject 'Indiabulls=188-366' Trading account(SH850). After continously writting to INdiaBulls I recevied the last mail on May 6 saying sone one will get in touch.
Till date no one has contacted me. I am currently having a account with IndiaInfoline and I am not satisfies with the service. So I thought to change the broker and try India Bulls but I don't think IndiaInfoline and IndiaBulls have much diffrence when it come to providing the service to customer. Any body who can suggest me a good broker? |

Why is your new broker asking for proof of demat account with IB. Does it mean that a person not already having a demat/ trading account cannot open one ? Makes no sense to me. |

Vince I am not opening a dmat account with the new broker, just linking my IB dmat account with him.
so he needs a proof nothing wrong from his side. Just as brokers need proof for ur bank account in form of cancel cheque etc they need dmat account proof. yeh customers without dmat acc can also open a/c |

Every investor/trader/customer of india Bulls-This is result of a worst expereince with this online broker
1 They do not have any direct link/interlink with the customer. 2.They do not have procedure through which customer gets the copies of the documentation signed by the custmer and counter-signed by authorised customer.hence all should take care that they get the signed/fully filled forms from them. This is a contract between a customer/broker. The representative or the branches staff are not bothered/concerned as to what happens administratively with any customer.he is only concerned with the share of brokerage he gets. So each and every one of the large/small customer, please see that you get your documentation. This company's dealings provides such hints/notions/doubts that it may disappear some day same way it happened in 1990/92 and recently 1995/96. Any one with D-mat account with them, please ensure that you have proper DELIVERY INSTRUCTION SLIP BOOK. Even after applying them with the DR slip for transfer, they do not transfer nor bother to provide any explanations for not actioning the instruction?! This could/may be the reason of their software providing info of their holding on the screen only while actually their holding is used through their PULL balance ??!!. (We have faced four reminders being not actioned/reason not explained/no proper explanation either from the branch representative or any solution. So ALL DMAT ACCOUNT HOLDERS SHOULD TAKE THIS INFORMATION AND ACT TO SAFE GUARD.We,after this experience, are trying to close the account but since last one all reminders to receive Delivery instruction slip book have been not actioned yet. |

He will be in a position to get the DMAT a/c statement of your indiabulls account at the earliest. regards mohammed bin haid |
