Friends, what abt R K Global? I have heard that their brokerage is the minimum among all the well known securities available although not aware of their Customer support and Trading Software.

Well, I also have a Sharekhan A/C and I have been using their Trade Tiger Trading Software for quite some time. Here goes my experience with it.
1. A/C Opening Charge: 750/-
2. You can get live rate of approx. 100 companies of your choice for free during trading hours using this software for which you have to pay 1500/- quarterly for software maintenance fee and post market hours you will see most of the time the screen as blank, complete dark or all zeros for all rows and columns.
3. Website goes down very rarely compared to ICICI Direct during the trading hours.
4. RMs are very irresponsible executing their jobs. Once I told them to sell some scrip and they bought equal quantity instead of selling.
5. Lastly their tips are very useful for day or delivery trading. Once you have an a/c with them you will get free stocks tips which I consider very useful for trading if you do exactly the reverse what they are saying, like if they say buy Nifty Future at 5100, you actually have to sell NF at 5100 to get profit.
This is accurate upto 80% in this volatile market also

, so enjoy this free tips.

their servers are often overloaded, and many transactions get queued. They promptly square off for a loss.

Not just this broker but most financial websites and broker advise you to buy when the stock goes very high and selling suggestions comes when it is trading near bottom. Very frustrating.
