Check out there contract notes those buggers will give only 5 or 6 digit trade numbers when you day trade or do margin trading. When enquired they keep mum....... Only way to survive is not to sign POA and issue a delivery challan through "Speed-e".

Based on this message, I tried calling Geojit on their toll free number and their Chennai office number and I was very disappointed with their response. They did not even talk as if they were interested in doing business with me. They promised to call me back but never did.
Are you really sure that these guys are the best? They do not treat me well when I am showing potential for a HUGE business, I am wondering what a customer's plight will be? I'm disappointed and I don't think I'll go with Geojit and recommend it to anyone else either!! - Anand |

hi,
i am planning to go for the Geojit online account. Although am not a frequent trader and my investment is also low comparatively. i need some advice as their free silver platform, only one script could be traded. I am currently tradind with ICICIDIRECT and not has much problems except the high brokerages. could u suggest how useful / limitations of silver platform of Geojit. As the gold one requires the monthly brokerage of 200 Rs. at least. |

About a year ago, geojit was one of the best with walkin brokerage of 0.3 and decent service. Today with every broker offering 0.2 with Odin they have been left far behind.
They are probably surviving on an old customer base, that are ignorant of the changes that have taken place in the broking industry. |
