friends
i am geojit customer. In cash market they are charging a minimum of Rs 20/- per scrip as brokerage charges for intra day as well as delivery. this is not done by some other brokers |

There are few brokers who charges minimum brokerage. SSKI was not charging initially but later on they started this element in addition to the existing high brokerage. I tried Geogit, but while opening a/c., they had suppressed this truth. As this intentional suppression of truth annoyed me, I took immediate next alternative with me i.e. closure of the a/c. But for this, perhaps Geogit would hv been good. But I had no opportunity to see to other things. Different brokers hv different set of rules. I hv tried many. But am of the opinion that transparancy, servicewise SSKI is number one. What is lacking with them is (1) high brokerage (2) No BSE. (i.e. they BSE only for the scrips which are not traded in NSE and also one has to log-in separately.

Recently while speaking at customer care of geojit I came to know that they have tied up with HDFC bank due to which all credits at the end of the day will be transfered to clients account.
No need to give payout request , balances at the end of day will be transfered to HDFC bank account. Forum members trading with geojit , pls confirm this and throw some light on this. If I dont have to give payout request each and every time then it is very nice. |

dear friends
I too have Geojit A/c but quite not satisfied with their Charts specially intra-day. AS the intra day chart provided is a line chart. There is not other option like 5 min, 10 min, 30 min, 1 hr.....etc. One of the Geojit guy told me that its their first version only..... What we all should do is mail respectively to Geojit regarding up-gradation of their online version...... have a nice day JB |

I think Geogit is relatively new player in the market. I am also doing it ICICIDirct. They charge bomb. But there system is full proof. For lower Brokerage i am trying out Kotak Securitier who is also one of the Largest. They got good brokerage deals. What you guuys think.
