I am keen to open a 3 in 1 account for the sake of convenience and safety. Options available for this are ICICI, Kotak and HDFC. A lot of negative is written about ICICI and I believe they are not very keen to have small investors. Kotak gives an impression of arrogance and seem to have a don't-care attitude !! Therefore only option I may consider is HDFC.

I would appreciate some comments from the learned members who have experience of HDFC Online Trading.

Thanks

HDFC demat account is worthless... telling after my dad opened account and after 3 months closed it... it took 2 months to close it. Even after closing we got a letter that still 600+ rs are still pending but HDFC Bank closed the account. HDFC securities sent the letter..

I am personally holding account at ICICIdirect past 2 yrs.. i paid huge brok.. and cant trade on all stocks... and for closing ... they are delaying like anything

manish.

Hi Alfa

Thanks for pointing out my answer. I am not recommending HDFC Sec. becoz
i am using indiabulls with Software.. in this software trading is very easy 4 me..

I am doing intrady trade for 2-4 rupee margin.....

and HDFC sec. is operated through website.. and i am using dialup ( not Dial up but speed is like as dialup)

sometime the site is not fast... and may times i lost
the chance to earn 2-4 ruppes...

and many times i have to select symbol / buy / sell manually... its too hard for me...

So That's why i dont like hdfc.

I Like indiabulls... because its software is too good.. and giving Intraday Charts.

I will try to upload its Screen Shoots...

Thanks

If you are using a broker software using FTP protocol it will be very fast and it will work like broker terminal.

HDFC and ICICI and some others give Internet based... u will trade using internet explorer ... but the rates will be delayed from 15 sec to 5 min.. and user needs to refresh everytime.

HDFC and ICICI are good at banking not at trading.

Manish.
