for me the opening charges were-
a/c opening=200(nse+bse)
stamp paper=200(nse+bse)

if u just want nse u can get it halved.

and yes they do giv Exposure on delivery.no idea about wat is the no. of times they giv exposure.

brokerage of 0.5 is a bit high!!.....are there any hidden charges?
any annual fees? any vol comitments? any initial margin? any other kind of commitment?

0.05 no negotiations. If u wanna negotiate for lower u can ofcorse do it.
margin is minimum 5k, No commitment. rest u can talk to the Rm. U can the telephone nos from the site

What is the brokerage, angel broking, charge for delivery, intraday, and F&O segments?

I am planning to open an account with angel broking.. just wanted to know beforehand I talk to their contact.

I think it is, 0.05 - Intraday & 0.5 - Delivery. This was about 5 - 6 months ago when I wanted one more apart from ICICI. Between Religare & Angel, I opened with Religare as they offered 0.03 - Intraday & 0.3 Delivery for Freedom Plan ( annual fee of 4000.00)

There is one more by name UNICON..seems having the similar platform like PIB but includes trading in BSE also.. that RM was offering 0.03 intraday and 0.3 delivery.. No idea about UNICON,, but I understand people from IB are currently migrating to UNICON..

looking for a stable platform as an alternative to ICICI direct..

I have an account with them. Charges are :
Intraday : 0.05 (one side only)
Delivery : 0.25 both sides
Furtures : 0.05 both sides
Options : 1% of premium (one side if intraday, both sides if carried forward)

No minimum contract size, no software charges, no minimum brokerage commitment.
