Hi,
Yesterday I had transfered about 15,000 from my Axis Bank account(which is linked to my RelianceMoney DMAT Account) to my RelianceMoney DMAT account via the "Fund Transfer" option. But I found that the amount has been detected from my Axis bank account, but the same is not credited to my Reliance Money DMAT account as this is evident when I query my "Ledger Balance". I contacted their Customer Card and raised a complaint and they said that it will be set right in 2 working days. I had transfered funds a number of times before this but never faced such issues. Is this issue of transfered amount not getting credited to an DMAT account normal? |

As u have transferred multiple times u must be knowing it for sure. There must be problem with relmoney somewhere but friend dont worry u sure will get it and u hv each and every proof

hello : transfer of funds not getting reflected immediately in the margin / ledger a/c does happen sometimes on other platforms too. but if the concerned broking organization has a good customer care/ contigency dealing desk. they can be coordinated and the same credit can be given within some time for the client to trade.

Same thing happened with me (Axis Bank to Geojit). I try to take screen shots of each step and paste into Irfan Viewer till everything is confirmed.
In my case, Axis Bank's i-connect was really slow one day and so I transferred twice thinking the first hadn't gone through. Next day, since I was debited twice, I e-mailed Geojit the screen shot of my bank statement and the credit was done in a couple of hours. |
