tick can't be in ohlc or candlestick, you have to set minute chart. btw, icharts.com provides seconds charts too in ohlc etc. but it's a charting service not a broker. realtime-premium is at rs. 650. took the demo of their realtime, it's ok, but i'm not comfortable with charts and trading software in different windows.

tradetiger's interface seems pretty neat and understandable. And Religare's RacePro also give minute charts, but not seconds charts.
