Default Opening a/c in 5paisa

Hi all,
I have found out that 5paisa is offering the cheapest brokerage charges for the Investor terminal : .25% for delivery. A/c opening charges are 550. And to open the a/c, I have to keep Rs. 5000 as initial deposit. I have following concerns:
1. I have read in a few sites that 5paisa is charging hidden charges. Is this true?
2. Is the web interface reliable?
