Reliance Money website not showing details at night
Hi,
Am new to trading..and to RM. I just noticed a problem with the RM website at night. I am getting Ledger Balance as 0. The only trail of my trading details seems to be the history option. Everything else seems to have vanished. Have any of you guys experienced this problem? I really hope this is a temp problem with the website. Thanks Willy

Nothing to worry, it is normal maintenance time for RM. It happens daily. Ledger balance will appear as 0 during this time, but you should get all the details after the maintenance is over (I think, after 11:00 p.m. or midnight). You can check the exact timings with their help desk.

The usual being late nights, when for safety reasons, most of these companies switch-off their servers to re-start thm next day morning between 8 & 9. The other being, when your account is geting updated for that day's trading details. If someone has traded and as a result there is some amount either due to him or due to the broker, it has to be updated in Ledger for the client. In such a case, though the server is working, the client either finds it difficult to reach, or gets wrong info. This flaw is noticed in the internal software use by most of the brokers. So, trying to get the details in the night is not a wise thing to do. One should better wait and get it next day morning correctly. Personaly, I have experienced that the details downloaded late in the evening differ from those downloaded next day morning.... in some cases.... not always. But we all want our records reliable. So instead of getting wrong info about one's own account and later blaming the broker, it would be advisable to get the data next day moning. Cheers!

Its because they are updating the site after market hours. It becomes fully operational after late hours and showing the ledger balance correct.
