Default please guide-problem with 5 paisa

I am a new user of 5 paisa.
here we can see only 2 charts at the same time only.
Also charts dont get automatically updated, u have to close the window and get it again.
there is also no refresh button.i have read in this forum that some online trading software doesnt run on windows vista operating system.
in the attached chart, at the left top time is 12:11:20 while at the right bottom of the chart
time is 2:12.

this means chart is not refreshing automatically.
can any one guide?is there anything in setting which can be done?

I am also using 5 paisa TT Advanced. The charts are updated automatically and you do not have to close the chart and Click again. In fact I am using the software on Vista only. But you have mentioned that you can see 2 charts simultaneously, whereas I can see only one at a time. COuld you le me know how can one see 2 charts simultaneously(or did you mean EOD and Intraday)

Cheers,
Kapil

I am using 5paisa too and never had a problem with chart (TTAdvance only). I am also wondering how one can see 2 charts at a time. Although they have a function to see previous day (T-1, T-2, T-3) chart of the same stock but that does not funtion properly.
Dear Solace, maybe the problem is with the connection and not the software.

I'm also using TTADVfor one year.
Seen demo of tradetiger. look better than TTADV. YOU CAN SEE 5 DAY CHARTS LIKE *****.Angel anywhere has more features for charts In trde tiger you can shift trendline. draw horizontal line.In TTADV drawing trend line is a big joke. IN ttadv you can open multiple charts by pressing shift button and double click on the scrip name. For intraday you require better charts than TTADV.
