Default do you pay brokerage both side in intraday?

i have account with emkay . i am paying both side brokerage (buying/selling) in intraday. brokerage is .001Rs. for one side. so the total brokerage becomes .002 in intraday. so what about other brokerage firm. are they chargning both side in intraday?

My broker charges Rs 700/- per Rs 1 crore turnover .It comes to 0.0007 %so for nifty 100 Qty buying and selling will be brokerage of Rs 28/- for buying and Rs 28 for selling assuming Nifty futures price of about 4000

Brokerage of 0.001 Re. per 100/- per 1000/- or per lakh or is it 0.001%

Yes brokerage is chargeable both side even in intraday!!!!

Please do let us know the name of your broker!!! U hv a very competitive brokerage... though it is 0.007% and not 0.0007%!!

Sir,

Oops,sorry for that extra zero.!!! Yes you are right,Rs 700/-brokerage for Rs 1 Cr turnover comes to 0.007%.Name of my broker is Kaynet Capital Ltd ( Tel 020-25510763/64/65/66 Contact person : Mr Girish.).They are more than a decade standing,they give V-sat,lease line or internet connectivity.They give ODIN Diet as trading platform and they have a very active trading room which you can ring up and trade in case you want to square up yr position in the event of power or internet failure.

It may be a good idea to negotiate low brokerage with some brokers who have internet trading platforms and a good trading room support for Traderji members.

(1).001% means .1 paisa per 100 rs.

(2).01% means 1 paisa per 100 rs.

(3).1% means 10 paisa per 100 rs.

10 paisa per 100 rs. is very exorbitant brokerage u mst be paying .o1%.

"0.001% was my typing error. sorry for that ".
but indeed i am paying 0.1% brokerage and that is 10 paise per 100 Rs.
