Hi,

I dont have TT5 but I do have Trade Tiger and PIB. I am putting the Pros and Cons of Trade Tiger and PIB. You can compare it with TT5 when someone posts info about it.

I am using both trade tiger and PIB for only about a month now..so I may be missing some features of both...

Trade Tiger:
Pros:
1. Charts can be pulled upto 8 yrs.(In PIB only intray day for today be pulled)
2. Seems pretty user friendly. (when compared with PIB)
3. Does create any problem with my firewall (PIB needs ports to be open)

Cons:
1. Charts for multiple scipts can't be viewed simultanisouly. Only one script at a time.(In PIB you can see charts of various scripts at a time)
2. Gets disconnected may be once an hour. (PIB never gets disconnected)

Hope this is useful.
-Vairam.

Dear solacefanatic1,

>>Now the latest version of Trade Tiger is able to view multiple charts.
>>Also they have added 3 more servers yesterday to connect so more reliability.

>>If you select the port option whole connecting trade tiger you will be forced to open prots in that too.

Thanks.

I am using TTAdvance. It is their in house developed s/w and they are trying it on us. Every now and then they bring new version (enhanced they claim) which seems to have nothing new but something or other is missing from the previous versions. It seems that they have a bunch of novices developing the s/w who do not have any knowledge of trading. Whenever there is something wrong with the software a message window appears saying "your internet connection is down". Whereas there is nothing wrong with connection because all other sites are running uninterrupted. I do not know when the software development will be complete.

MOre or less agreed with the observations. BUt multiple charts are possible.

1. Open chart of any scrip.
2. Press CTL and double click on another scrip. Second chart will open.

I have seen 3 charts simultaneoudly, but I think upto 6 charts can be seen. ( not too sure!)

Sometimes downloading of prices is very slow. ( Especially towards end of day, either disconnects or download is extremely slow.)

NOt used TT5 myself but my friend who has seen both Tradetiger and TT% said charting is better in tradetiger.
