Question is there any better platform than trade tiger?

I am a new member of this forum and planning to open an online account.
I have been told trade tiger is very advanced platform and runs successfully on windows vista operating system.

I dont want low brokerages at the cost of speed, disconnection and unscrupulous trading by relationship managers etc.

Another advantage I have been told is that there is mapping for each user at the loacal franchise.
In case of no internet connectivity, power fail or system crash, u can square your position at the local franchise by phone/visit and also u can place fresh orders in the similar way.

another advantage SK people say that u can import RT data into your charting software and there is no need of subscribing to RT data vendor.

members already using this platform please confirm the aforesaid points and share their views.

members who are using other platforms with all the aforesaid features please update me.

regards

I am using trade tiger ,no problem.
forget about local franchise.
these clowns no nothing,no support after account opening, they do not respond to your queries ,phone call etc.
They appoint fresher boys and girls, who know nothing ,keep your phone on hold for long time searching for your queries, asking each other, and then in the end they will say "sir give me your phone number I will contact you".which they never do .
These people are not serious about there career as they keep on switching from one job to another.
The best support with sharekhan is there dial & trade. You can use it when you do not have net connectivity.

The local franchise cares about only earning ,no service .
The local franchise staff (boys and girls)only care about each other. not you

thats all

Sharekhan's speedtrade is a masterpiece work of erroneous data delivery. The charting gives wrong data. It's unlikelyTiger trade will be much different(although not confirmed). So we should forget of importing data to softwares from it....faulty data doesn't help!

The disconnection happens frequently. Especially, it is extremly slow between 2.45 and 3.30 pm. You donot know what price you are selling/buying because what you see on screen is 10 mins older. They blame my connectivity which works at 2MBPS. They refuse to accept that the problem is at their end. Sometimes order gets executed at the other exchange i.e. BSE. Result-- While squaring a short sale you will buy in NSE while it was short sold in BSE. So you pay penalty on T+2 DAY as they buy on Auction to square up your deal. This happened to me four times but they claim it was only my mistake and their software is perfect.

You are the sucker whichever way you look at it. As some one said "when rape is inevitable better enjoy it".

I run software provided by 2 brokers simultaneously, both provides STREAMING quotes.Though most of the times both provides same quotes, sometimes they are different.Sometime ONE provides accurate quotes (I check with CNBC) but on other times the second one is accurate.Which one I have to trust?.
