is there any better platform than trade tiger?

I use speed trade, those complaining about frequent disconnect, please note it may be an issue with your internet conection usually the lan sharing ones face this, cause when i use speedtrade from home it keeps disconnecting & from work, its stable...

Dint know about trade tiger, thanks will check it...

What I see is those liking SK service are not from Bombay, so Bombay guys, I guess like me hate their service & everlasting hold on calls, no replies to email, etc the usual.

I hv been using Speed Trade since 7 years or so. It has many faults; disconnections are very frequent even when internet is there (I use PIB simultaneously and do not hv as much as problem with Speed Trade). Many a times orders are rejected with the remarks" Normal Mkt. is closed". (This msg is even after mkt. is started). Regarding dial/call one should hv patience to wait min. 45 mins (in Mumbai). Regarding chat option: be there in 'Q' for min. 1/2 hr. When ur turn comes, do not be surprised to see the msg. " all our executives are busy" and get disconnected. This is my personal experience. Their classic site is better that Speed Trade but advantages of Mkt. Watch is missing. I complained to them about the problems with Speed Trade when they replied that they would help me in down loading Tiger Trade. So far, no one contacted me. I think, one has to wait till Lion Trade is introduced. Eventhough I hv been with them for 7 years and hv tried atleast 10 other brokers, as of now I find them them better inspite of higher brokrage. However, offlate, I am disgusted with their casual approach towards clients. Yet, I find no better option.

You can download tradetiger from http://www.sharekhan.com/tradetiger/setup.htm.
Then go to step 2 and download it. Try login through ur login id.

I am using moneyporeexpress and is superior in terms of speed, connectivity, product offerings. it gives 20 times leverage in Nifty and Cash segment. it also offers call and trade facilities. it also gives intra-day calls which are having very good hit rate. they had recommended bearish tone when market was around 19000+ i am saved. you may try that. they have also launched currency futures
