I agree with you,fire_gun.My e-mail to them was answered promptly by next working day ALWAYS.

yes sir,i totally agree with you....i have 3 accounts with different brokerages,i have never had an issue with sharekhan except for the fact that speed trade used to dc a lot....trade tiger seems to be good...Religare had the guts to even change my brokerage overnight without my knowledge.....Fortunately i caught them and they have oblidged and changed the brokerage to earlier mentioned rates...never had such issues with sharekhan though...

odin or flexterm from nseit is best and powertrade fron unicon is also best

Dear mahesh,
just take an original data vendor of NSE and compare the ticks with speedtrade ticks.You can find error in ticks frequently.
May be it's because of the poor quality of the software.It can't register sharp changes probably.

Actually I don't think brokers provide that much good quality data to replace a first class vendor.

It's not about speed.It's about getting right ticks.If u take a 30 minute long look at speedtrade(and the new tiger trade also most probably) ticks and a registered data vendor's ticks,say of esignal's or Iris's,u may get many wrong highs and lows in the 1 minute bars.

may be possible...i dont use 1 min,5 min bar or these type of intraday systems....so i dont know about that.

..its daily and weekly charts r good iam talking about trade tiger...although i used speed trade also but never followed 1,5 chart system.....

yes some timein speed trade it moves slow and fast than what it should be but on trade tiger i didn;t faced this type of problem till the date .....

for sharekhan, there is a helpline number, toll free. though their branch was indifferent, the helpline helps.
