Enquiry about the services of Angel broking

Dear friends,
Anybody having any idea about their services and their software Anywhere recently I have shortlisted them as broker and plan to enroll myself with them, I would be very grateful if anyone can enlighten me about their services.

Hi

I am using Angel Broking Services here in Bangalore and am really happy. The trading software Angel ODIN Diet and it is a very good software, never had problem with software. Very fast excecution of trade thorought that software. Best broker. The service is also good and they hold regular training sessions in weekends.

Also get active support from staff for my short term trading.

Only one problem though, the back office where all your accounts and daily / weekly reports are there is sometimes very slow though it is working well for past few days.

I am impressed by the above statement.
I am in search of a similar broker doing business in Commodities Markets, i.e. MCX, NCDEX etc.
I will be obliged if any of the members trading in commodities on-line give their opinion about their broker so that I can choose one.

I have account with them. One problem is money withdrawal. You can't withdraw from their site online. That always fails.
Second once you become client, no brokerage change even if your volumes are high.

It is just tradeanywhere. It is ok. But charting has limitations for quotes, order execution it is ok.

Yeah, online money transfer is one-way.

Any charges, min brokerage commitment, for the s/w? (They told me there's an AMC & no adll charges, but want to make sure from an actual user of the service)

Normal charges like brokerage, Ser Tax, STT, Exhange taxes, Turnover tax. I got .2 for delivery and .02 for intraday for cash and futures. I was asked to deposit initially 5 lakhs for this brokerage. No software charge. No min brokerage commitment.

Thanks. Just one more thing Did you face any problems with i) ODIN (like disconnections etc.) ii) Delivery trades?

I have used their angel anywhere software, which is nothing but trade anywhere from aseancerc. I have never used odin. Disconnections do rarely occur. This is common to all brokers. When the load is more on servers due to panic selling or frenzied buying or sometimes due to vendor's server problem. COMPARED to ICICI IT IS FAR FAR BETTER.
