As far as i know hdfc used to use the motilal platform,i am not sure if it is the same way today.I had an account with motilal and being a trader ican assure you their system was pathetic, unless motilal has upgraded their system it will be a significant risk on your part.Their platform simply becomes disfunctional when the volumes rise.
please correct me if i am wrong and keep us updated as 9999 for 99 crores is a wonderfull deal.
thanks in advance

I prefer not to enter that place even if they give free trades....all they care is your money their returns on it...no service at all ...good suckers....

Take care

Have you seen the demo on their site? By the looks of it, it is terrible. You have to press get quote button to see the quotes.

I had gone to their office and saw the demo..... its simply unbelievable!!!!!!

HDFC Securites with such a grand name behind them could offer such "pathetic" platform to trade on line!!!!

They do not even have a screen to watch your stocks live....
All they have is a ticker type screen whcih also is not good for trades. The price in the ticker needs to be refreshed to get the current rates....

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH IT WITH A 100 FEET POLE....

I regret that i had posted about this on various occassions on the forum w/o checking the facts....

Beware friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thumbs down Re: HDFC bank offer to trade 99 crores in 3 months for just Rs.9999/-

HDFC interface is simply pathetic. No watch list. No self-refreshing quotes. You can see a single quote that too in a pop up window. Simply 20 years back of today.
