Default R K Global Issues!

Hello all the members who are using R K Global as there broker and also who inspire to join them as there broker...
Even I am a trader who would like to deal with R K Global... They have sent me the form... Which they told me sign and send it... WITHOUT filling anything... Then they would send a Stamp Paper of Rs 200/- ( ofcourse i need to send a DD of Rs 200/- before that)... which again I need to sign and send to them...

Well as i have got the form which i thought of filling (Sigining) and send it today... I thought of reading it... on page 15/16 i found... tht i have to sign on a declaration... tht says.. tht i give authority to a person( whose name is left blank) to transact on my behalf... its like giving POA to tht person....

So i would request the members who use R K Global.... Specially Ashish Da... to throw some light on this matter... shall a person sign this kind of document.. and the memebers who have an account with RK Global... have they signed...(tht if you have read )

as when i had opend an account with Sharekhan... i just signed without reading

So your inputs are required in this matter.. users and non users of R K Global...

Looking forward for your contributions...

Regards

Good that u did not have to face this... but did u read the form completely and then sign... as the issue i mentioned is part of the form ... and if u have signed the entire form .... then obviously u would have signed everything

Hope to hear more from you... if u have a photo copy of the form after u signed then u can just check it to verify...

Regards

Spoke to RKG... abt the issue of sigining of page 15/16... told me not required to sign... But they are goin to send a stamp paper of rs 200/2 which we have to sign.... basically it will contain POA agreement.... so this might be a cause of concern...

Members your views are required on this... those who have an A/c with RKG ... have u all signed this Stamp Paper?

milkyblack,

This POA ,i think is to be signed normally with all the Brokers,it is their Hole to slip out in case of Litigations , this you are right is not good as it is skewed to favour the brokerage firm more than us.
What to do living with the same.

Hello All,

I just got opened my A/c with RKG... and got the ODIN software too... but the issue is tht... the charting is not good in tht... (or am I unable to get it!)...

We cannot set the time frame in the chart... and only line chart is available...

Is there any way to do some kind of changes to it? So tht 5 min/1min/etc chart can be seen. Also bar/candlestick charts...

Secondly if it is not possible through the ODIN... then is it possible to import the live RT data to Metastock Professional like one can do it from the PIB ODIN(though I do not know how to do it)

Please help me for the above issues.

Thanks a lot!

Regards
