Regarding the KotakSecurities Trading password
Hi,
I am new to this forum. I have lost my trading password and contacted the custom care. I have been following up with them for months but couldn't get my password. I dont know how to contact them. When ever i did contacted them, they say that they have couriered them but that never reached. Right now I out of India and its becoming tough to contact them. I have sold the shares but the money got stuck b'coz i couldn't able to transfer them. Could please let me know how to contact them and get my password and also can i transfer my money over phone from kotak to my bank a/c. Regards Vasu.Sudeeksha

send them an e-mail...and then follow up by calling them if they still don't respond send them a letter by registered post!

I have tried by sending mails but of no use. right now i am in US and its becoming to contact them by phone.
