Default Trading Without Consent Of Customer

Freinds,
Almost all of us fear that the broker may trade in our account without our consent. Whether you deal with offline or online broker the fear is always there.
For this I tried to get information from various sources but all attempts were futile.I wanted to know, what steps an investor should take when he comes to know that the RM/ broker has traded in his account without his consent.
The biggest problem I am facing today is the fear of unauthorized trading by my RM. / broker.
I dont want my RM to call me or give me tips, I have good knowledge of markets but even then I cant devlop the guts to tell my RM that not to call me ..........coz i fear that he may trade in my account........khunnas nikalega....will take revenge by poor service or trading without my consent.
For this reason, I have decided to work with a offline broker.....who takes cheque next day...no need to have balance with him....I have to pay him next day....and he pays me on demand....my freind only....however the brokerage is high comapred to what i pay......however no problem .....i get peace of mind with him...atleast no fear of unauthorized trading.....
I am thinking to take sub brokership coz of this fear ...taking sub brokership will solve my probelm ???? please comment....my perception is that with i m syself being the broker.....there wont be any one to trade in my account :-)........

Freind i welcome your views and criticism on this issue....lets be united on this imp issue so that we can solve this universal problem of all ......

I am also looking for brokers who dont support RM....call n trade facility.....

Traders from mumbai.....we can form a group...to solve this problem.......

Your fears are unfounded is what I feel . There is no question of your Rm trading from your account unless you have shared your password or have not met your margin calls.

As regards calling you up a simple do not call, I will call if required will do.

How do u mean take up sub brokership?

Rajsingh........
When you call RM to give orderds dont they punch orders from their side in your account..............even though they dont have ur password.......???
RM can punch orders in our account from their side so it is practically possible that even though we havent shared our password they can punch orders in our account.

When we call RM and place orders, RM place orders in our account........so lets say you havent called RM but RM traded in ur account to gernerate brokerage ........

I am thinking to take sub brokership as a solution to this problem............

No, actually I call the dealer not the RM for any such orders and all this is recorded conversation. No way the RM can put in any order without my explicit authorization.

What are the financial aspects/obligations of becoming a sub broker?

I am also with IB .....do angel also provide recorded line dealing?. u have a/c with which branch of IB.delhi? mumbai?.........
@IB if you directly call dealer....does he takes the order properly.....as normally dealer verifys the identity and then takes the order so it may be time consuming.ie uncomfortable........incase of stops orders does the dealer takes it properly......

My account is in Mumbai with both.

No problems with either as I have said earlier.

Dealers are efficient , do not give orders to RM.

Avoid RM,s .

No offense to RM,s but most of them are green, and for me preservation of capital is paramount.

That must have been a margin call. Brokers have full authority to protect themselves in such cases.

Don't read too much into it. Its up to u to take care of your money after all.
