Indiabulls Brokerage Calculations
Hello
I have Indiabulls trading A/c. Please help me and tell me how to calculate the deduction components in contract note in total. I get digital contract note where I want to know how calculation exist. Please tell me % of each and base amount on which calculated 1. Brokerage (.50 paisa for Delivery / Intraday 1 Paisa) 2. Service Tax 3. Securities Transaction Tax 4. Total Stamp Duty 5. Total Transaction Charges Please tell me what is formula to calculate this values Thank You Venkat

You can try an excel sheet of mine (I posted it here options-trading). You would need to change the Quantity, Brokerage, Buy and Sell prices of course to get the correct result.

Hello Skarpio even i would like to know everything about contract note. I cant understand anything in that document. I wouldnt find anything in the link u mentioned above. Can u please be more specific? Thanks.

That sheet is not a contract note. That was created to quickly compute the net profit (after deducting brokerages etc). A contract note is a legal document your broker provides you after every buy/sell with every detail (e.g. how much money changed hands, how much tax you had to pay etc.)
