Default Searching for black diamond, a decent online broker

Finally, I've decided to say goodbye to indiainfoline aka 5paisa. They are pathetic, in service, the software, and of course their promises. But the problem is the others are no good too. It seems that in Hindustan, finding a decent broker is difficult than finding a mega-multibagger stock. However, I'm putting in my requirements which are, I suppose, the requirements of most of us using online platform. Lets see which broker fits the bill.

Here are the features I would like to have:

1. Platform: Online.
2. Software/Web based: Web based (BSE, NSE, and F&O).
3. IPO: Online IPO applications.
4. Mutual Fund: Online mutual fund purchase/sell.
5. Fund transfer: Instant online from majory banks, ie, icici, axis, sbi, etc.
6. Research: Not needed since they are mostly useless.
7. Features in web applet: Streaming quotes, watchlist, After Market Orders, stop loss, limit order, trade log, pending order log, etc.
8. Portfolio: Yes, showing total profit/loss, percentage, scrip wise, etc.
9. Fund payout: Online.
10. Scrip restriction: No scrip restriction (eg, indiabull does not allow to buy/sell b2 scrips, some dont allow to bse at all)
11. Brokerage/charges: Industry standard, not as high as icici.
12: Service: I expect something which is not pathetic, one can rely upon (good service and indian brokers dont go together).

Please suggest the broker that best fits the above bill.
