ICICI Direct.....
Does anyone know..how to view Past Pay-in and Payout details in ICICI direct and is there any ledger with icici direct if so, how can i view it...???
and any icici direct chief Email id or phone no. coz, helpdesk and telephone is utter waste. kindly help me out.? i have purchased 2 lots of nifty PUT options for 11750 and earned a profit of 8250 ( - brokerage + taxes)...the amount credited to my account was only 8250. When i asked icici people "where is my invested money Rs.11750?. they said, only profits will be credited to my account....  ..is that so? reply me plz. i asked that bugger say for example i bought a house for 10lac and sold it for 30lac. will u just give me 20 lac?. that fellow is keeping his mouth shut....kindly any one get me SEBI chairman Email ID.....these fellow should be public ally exposed...???. Hope brokerage firms comes under consumer acts.?

see terms and conditions for future and option in the website. also see the fao category on this issue. always download a copy of agreement - terms and conditions - before entering margin options/ f&o options. this will always help in identifying where we are going wrong and where they gain on our transactions.

There is a link in F&O tab for "Cash Projection" click on that link change the selection to options and change the start date to the date you desire and you would get the links for "view", click on the view and you should get the details for that day. Hope this helps.
The email id for "Escalations - Webtrade COO" <coo@i c i c i d i r e c t . c o m> There is a link in the Customer Support page for Service Issues....you may try both. Hardly you would get a response !!!!!!!!!!
