Default Abnormal delay in payment by Delhi based Broker

Dear All,

Not sure if I had posted in the correct thread, I am re-posting.

Can you please let me know the maximum time a Broker can take to pay off the value of the shares he sold on our behalf.

It has been more then 15 days, he sold the scrips and he has not paid us the value he received, despite our repeated reminders.

This transaction is in connection with Jamnadhar Kudal, calling themselves Kudal Investment (Telephone No: 011 23232525), operating out of Delhi.

Before we transferred the share to his account their executive was following up several times in a day asking us to transfer the shares and now after we transferred and asked him to sell, they are not paying up.
I want to know the rule in this regard. In case we want to take it up with SEBI, who should we write to.

Thanks for the help.
