Default Lowest Brokarage Charges ?

Dear Friends,
I am new to this forum. So happy to find forum for such a informative channel for trading.

I occassionally invest in shares through ICICI Direct.
Would like to know .. is ICICI brokarage charges are lower compared to others ? If no.. then pls tell me which is the one.

One more thing.. What is the minimum amout that could help reduce overall charges [Brokarage + taxes] . I was told that minimum purchase of Rs 3500 would be good to share the brokarage + tax burden...

Thanks a lot for reading my query

Vilas

i am sure they are one of the most expensive brokrage firms. But alo to add they have best execution and uptime.

If to suggest I would say Religare is good initial cupon is 2500 plus 1000 for online software. The are down once in a wile for 10 t0 fifteen minutes.Pricing structure is .05 for intraday and .25 for delivery.

Another coupon they have is 15000 with pricing of .03 for intraday and .15 for delivery. This amount for coupon is refundable as soon as you reach that
amount in brokerage. Also you get trade rewards for commision paid.Foe more info visit or call one of these guys.

Reliance money is cheap but they have lot of problems with execution as well as poor customer service.

I am a day trader with volume trading of 60lac to 80lac every day and i enjoy religare.I have tried all such as sharekhan, reliance money and icici.

again this is just my opnion please do you own research.Hope my post was helpful.

regards

No offence Satya ..... but they are going nowhere with managing their new TTAdvanced software. They were far better off with TT5. In fact, there's a complete forum of our disgruntled brethen on Traderji which discusses this problem in great detail.

I'd recommend Ventura. They seem ok so far ...... but I've only been trading a week now. Professional and competent, they seem low profile yet reliable ppl to do sum business with. You cud perhaps hv this as a secondary account before being convinced and shifting yor protfolio out here .....

all de best
