i m posting this poll just to collect everyone's views about various Broker's and help new ppl to choose the best one out of the lot.... 1. Sharekhan 2. India Bulls 3. ICICI Direct 4. Religare 5. Reliance Money 6. Kotak Mahindra 7. HDFC Sec 8. 5 Paise 9. Angel Broking 10. Any Other

this depends on how much price you wish to trade. For Medium and large money trader, its Share khan, etc
For those, who want to play with 50K-1lac and long term investor, ICICI direct is good. For Day trading and all, have to choose based on own exp, as each has its own advantage Compare brokerage based on your trade money

I was told that ICICI direct brokerage is quite high,However eveytime i should call india for any issues, No ocal support herer. DOes anyone aware of any online broker gives supports in singapore

All equally bad. I am more afraid of ICICIDirect than the mkt.
The choice is really between 'more bad' & 'less bad' (& the scores keep changing!)

well i agree with kkseal that icici is bad as far as trading is concerned but I personally feel its the safest until date I have never heard of any demat scam occuring at icicidirect no securirties missing, margin money unaccounted for and that sort of thing. If anyone knows of any such untoward incident at icici please let us know.
