Idirect - Efficiency
Though the markets are scaling to new heights, the IDirect customers cannot reap benefits out of it since the following message is flashed while loggin in
"Dear Customer, Currently you cannot login to Equity trading due to technical Reasons.You will not be able to access your account till 13:00 Hrs on December 06, 2007. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. ICICIdirect.com"

I wonder what ICICI does to attract all the losers to open an account with them!
No offence, Why cant you guys look for some other alternate options like having multiple accounts.

I am giving a serious thought of having an account with India Bulls. I got info from traderji circles that IndiaBulls seems to be better than SK, Reliance, Indiainfoline, ....
Seeking for comments.

After experiencing this problem (though not for the First time with ICICIDirect) again I made up mind and filled up the a/c opening form from Indiabulls. Hopefully I will start trading with them within 10 days. At Idirect whenever you give them the feedback about their performance they would say "trading through internet depends among other things............. blah, blah" as if there is no problem at their end
