Default Regarding DMAT A/C

Hi,
I have a query regarding the DMAT a/c, please help me out regarding this one. I am very much new to the DMAT, so please guide me in right way in understading the process.

I have requested to open a DMAT a/c with India Infoline, Bangalore in Sepetember 2007. After a long timeI have received a postage in October 2007. This postage consists of a letter, which had my DMAT a/c and my customer id. But initially they [India Infoline correspondent], told me that they will open a ICICI a/c and I can link this a/c with my DMAT a/c, but I dont know what happend to this and also I have not received any userid/pwd for the net transaction?

Please guide me how should I proceede now? In-order to buy/sell stocks.

Thanks in advance,
Charan s

Hi

I think it is not India Infoline's business in any way getting into bank accounts and the like.

You should contact ICICI independently and immediately and get one made ASAP.

On afterthought, though, for starters, you could perhaps have a word with your RM in India Infoline if they have promised to setup a Zero-balance Savings account since if created individually or independently, it will require you to have a minimum balance within the same.
