reliance money is the worst broker in India today. They give big ads but their office infrastructure is very very poor. During market hours their helpdesk numbers are always unreacheable. Their online portal relianc money is very very slow even in bsnl broadband connection which is fastest then any other connection available in India. I have my wife's a/c in RMONEY but their poor service has been really really mess. Don't go for any a/c even if they deliver free to you because there is no good thing free in this life. The transaction statements are also ambigious & no statement had come since the crackedown in the market in my wife's a/c even though there are some transactions in her a/c. i have demat+trading a/c in almost all the brokerage houses & as per my experience i hereby lists some good brokerage houses:
1) ICICI DIRECT ( even though brokerage is high it works well under any internet connection & we have peace of mind)
2) HDFC : ( slower than ICICI but still good as it has lower brokerage then ICICIDIRECT & u can still have peace of mind)
3) Religare : ( sometimes good online speed & sometimes bad but still much much better than RMONEY)
4) JMFINANCIAL & IL&FS: ( GOOD for those who have offline trading a/c)
5) India infoline, India bulls & RMONEY: these cheaters are worst among all the major brokerage houses today available in India. Don't go for them for cheaper fees.
