low brokerage -Ventura securities Ltd

I have been an ardent fan of tt5 of 5paisa but the time they changed to TTadv, the trading experience is nothing to right about.

Since someone suggested that pointer is similar to old tt, i am interested in trying this broker.

Can existing customers of theirs provide some clue as to the stability of their software during mkt hours and general practices.

I never had any problems with 5paisa so far but its their latest so-called advance software thats bugging me.

Dear Rajfal,

I too have been using 5paisa for a long time, but since TT advance came all hell has broken loose. So i opened an account with Ventura, Pointer is the software (same as TT5). It is quite stable, so u can also opt for it.

Now I am Using Apollosindhoori for my online trading.

Brokerage Details

Intraday - Buy - Minimum 5 Paise for Rs. 100/-
- Sell - Minimum 5 Paise for Rs. 100/-
- Taxes - Aproximately 5 Paise for Rs. 100/-

Delivery - Buy - 50 Paise for Rs. 100/- (Minimum 5 Paise)
- Sell - 50 Paise for Rs. 100/- (Minimum 5 Paise)
- Taxes - 50 Paise for Rs. 100/-

If the total Brokerage is Less than Rs. 50/-
Minimum Brokerage Per day - Rs. 50/- Taxes - 15/-

I am not satisfied. Because connection settings is disconnected daily 2 times.

Pl. guys post all about your brokers.

Dear Ventura users,
Can someone comment on the following brokerage rate i got from Ventura Bangalore ? Can i negotiate further or this is the best ?

Delivery = 0.2 % (Buy) & 0.2% (Sell)
Intraday = 0.03 % (only sell )
Derivative = 0.03 % (Buy) & 0.03 % (sell)
Intraday Derivative = 0.03 % (Only sell)

If someone has got a better rate recently (between two months from now), can you share that in the forum pls ?

Also,
* How is their system / pointer software's stability and speed for intraday use ?
* How is their buy / sell over the phone in case of emergency ?
* How is their customer service ?
* How are their daily technical details / calls ? Are they really working out for intraday ?

Ventura has online trading terminal but not web based terminal. their terminal is similar to speedtrade terminal of sharekhan. They do not have squareoff facility for intraday and if u don't squareoff, and running short of margin, they would squareoff position the immediate next day resulting in bad delivery and auctioning of ur stock, and locking up ur money for the next 5 days.
though i opened an account with them, due to the above problem, stopped trading with them.

hello user : adigas2 : Ventura securities online terminal "POINTER" does not have a different order book for delivery & intraday, but they allow a 4 times exposure against your funds available. time is given till T + 2 ( morning 9 am) for payment, or one can sell the next day , no funding charges are levied.
