Religareonline - poor service -i suffered a lot

I was lured by their ads and decided to open acc in chennai -(x) branch

i dont like to name that particuar branch ,,,,,,,i feel pity for them

really their higher ups are useless chaps . they forget that, they are small brokerage .

i opted for race -lite

they took 1 full month to process , after shooting mail to almost all in religare
they finally sent the kit

in this process , i came in contact with many religare people with email /phone

i was shocked to see, that their online site is damn useless

1. no online ipos - as advertised
2.no online mf - as advertised
site is also not so good
they did not give ademo also .............
customer service - worst , they think they are large brokerages like icici etc.

if u ask my rating for their customer service - its - 100 %

Really horrible for me . after i shot off emails , they responded in utter haste

no proper answers with anyone there

i dont know , howthey work in delhi .
as far as iam concerned , i suffered a lot
i did not place any trade orders , planning to quit
they have locked 500 Rs
i assume it giving to a beggar ...........
i never had such problems with kotak , with whom. i still have acc

but 1 thing +ive about religare - they are giving 3 % interest for margin
that is great

Come on guys , share your expereince with religare

anyway ,their rally for commodities isworking good

we must compliment .when its good

HI

I had opend a/c with religare since 1 year and the account is race-pro but i don't get the live feeds from the software they provided, rest is fine they tried to solve the problem but could not crack it.
hence i am still hooked up with plain old icici.
