I bought 75 shares of NIITLTD on 21/6/2007. They have credited it only on 29/06/2007 to my trading account. I sold 25 shares on 29/06/07. I was writing to them from 26th onwards regarding failure of stock credit. I didn't receive any reply. When I traded n 29/06/07,I found in my trading account 75 shares ben. But yesterday when I saw no shares in my trading account and -25 pending buy and 50 balance in my demat account. Immediately I wrote a mail. I received a mail 50 shares are added to my trading account. Now I find only 25 shares in demat and 50 shares in trading account.
Whether any stock exchange procedure can lead to this kind of situation? Or religare which gives margin to trade keeps stock as margin and whether this hold as marging can righfully lead to this Or religare is doing some fraud? I will request some experienced memers to throw some light on this. |
