Default in delivery-auction schedule
I am trading with religare. I have bought NIITLTD and FEDERALBNK on 21/6/2007. FEDERALBNK is credited on 25/6/2007. But as on today 09:23AM, NIITLTD is not credited. If there is default in delivery, what is the calender schedule for auction and credting of shares by brokers. Any malpractice possible by brokers

AS PER EXCHANGE SCHEDULE BY 28TH YOU SHOULD GET YOUR DELIVERY
AS PER CALENDARY SCHEDULE MAXIMUM PAYOUT (THROUGH AUCTION ALSO IS RECD BY BROKER ON t+5 working days)
