assume that you bought shares worth rs.5000 & your brokarage charges is 0.05/per leg for intraday. then you have to pay around rs.8 (including service tax, stt & other charges). but with uti you have to pay at least rs.25 for the particular trade. but you are a long term investor, so you can try them. but the same case will be happen there also (minimum brokarage rs.25/scrip). |

sharekhan normal brokerage rate for delivery: 0.50 per leg + other charges. plus points: speed trade software (some other files needed to run the software, i.e: ds clients, high encryption pack etc.), excellent phone trading facility (password & tpin needed), superb customer care, BTST facility. minus point: high intraday brokerage, kotak normal brokerage rate for intraday: 0.06 per leg + other charges. kotak normal brokerage rate for intraday: 0.59 per leg + other charges. plus point: average intraday brokerage, KEAT (easy to download & use at any place), minus point: poor phone trading facility, bogus cust. care. |
