why i have choosen 'it's o.k.' is

1) Rmoney is best for brokeragewise
2) but their service is very poor, the software they provide to normal users is worse than that, their sub-brokers dosen't know what problems clients r facing and they can not do anything even if they understood that since for every now & then they have to give request to their nearest branch.

but i still trade with Rmoney coz low brokerage and i am using my other account (5piasa terminal) to see the charts & take the decisions.

I agree, at this time those who have trading a/c with other broker can only trade well with reliance money. otherwise it is very bad.

ya i agree. The price shown on rm is delayed by nearly 10 min. Think it will take sum mre time to improve thier service. But brokerage is atrractive.

In Sharekhan ther is a plan for which we have to pay 6000 per annum and they charge 5 paise and it will be adjusted in that 6000.

I recomend reliance money cos of brokerage.

Though I have not registered with R-Money, I have seen a lot of -ve views about R-Money and their customer service. This may be true to quite an extent. But I have also seen the efforts they are making and money being spent on improving.. so I am sure R-Money should be a top performer soon..

I have registered for their Off-Shore investment platform which they have introduced thru CMC Markets,UK. Thru this, one can trade in Fx and other Off-Shore segments. This is legal and approved by RBI . So R-Money will perhaps be the only co. to have 'one-for-all' platform.

Best regards

Hi all,

My experience is not good, with Reliance Money. So far, due to RM I have suffered a lot of losses. I am telling u how.

I am an active trader. I used to squared off my position after 3.25 only. I was short on nifty, and decided to squared off my position on 11 May 07. Order accepted but could not be executed. Again on 22 May I did faced the same problem. Considering the fact that it is not reliable I wanted to squared off My position (instead of heavy loss) I placed order on 23 May 07 @ 3 pm & again 3.25 pm. Allways orders were accepted by the system. But could not be executed. I rang up to customer care and waited for 10 mins. But it was too busy. I have complained to them .

Can anyone suggest that can I get some sompenssation due to the loss incurred to me, due to brokers system/fault?

During one of their seminars I raised isuue of bad customer service and they unoficially accepted server problems which are being cleared now. And also accepetd having paid or reversed some transactions if proved, were because of their fault. So you should take it up seriously...
But it may be good to stay with them, cautiously though, till such time thses bugs are cleared. I am sure Reliance cannot do something which is not big and which is not serious.
Regards

Brokeragewise, R-Money is okay. But Insta-trade is poorer than webbased trading. In Insta-trade, rates do not refresh. There is wide diiference in rates shown in Insta-trade and India bull's PIB. PIB is very fast. The Reliance Website options take long time to open and some times do not open at all. The contract notes are available invariably by 9 PM. However, here also there are some negative points. No totals/subtotals of intra-day or delivery based trades are given. One has to re-concile manually. Customer service is so worst that I hv never come across this sort of service from any other brokerage house.

However, let all of us hope hat R-Money shall improve upon all of its short comings in s/w as well as service. All these negative points are made good with cheap brokerage.
